Job Summary
As a Fitness Coach at PureGym in York, you will deliver high-quality Personal Training and group/classes, drive member engagement and ensure a safe, welcoming gym experience. You will conduct inductions, lead sessions, maintain the gym floor, and support member journey through coaching and mentorship resources. Leverage CIMSPA-accredited courses and PureGym’s mentoring lab to upskill, grow your client base with lead-gen workshops and timetabled PT tastings, and participate in management training programmes. You will provide excellent customer service, promote wellbeing, and contribute to a positive member experience while adhering to safety and company standards.
Required Qualifications
