Job Summary
As a Fitness Coach at PureGym, you will play a key part in delivering an amazing member experience by teaching classes, conducting inductions, and maintaining the gym floor. You will operate as a Personal Trainer with a Level 3 qualification, focusing on client fitness, wellness initiatives, and leveraging PureGym’s resources (education courses, mentoring lab, business resources) to support your members. The role includes contract-based pay with 12 hours per week guaranteed, benefits such as free gym membership for you and a guest, annual leave, pension, and ongoing career development through internal training and group exercise upskilling.
