Job Summary
In your role as a Fitness Coach at PureGym you will deliver classes, inductions and ensure the safe enjoyment of our gyms, taking care of the gym floor and contributing to an excellent member experience. You will be a self-employed/contracted Personal Trainer with access to training resources, education (CIMSPA accredited), mentoring, and marketing support, including lead generation workshops and advertising. The role emphasizes developing member experiences, delivering group classes and inductions, and maintaining gym space while benefiting from paid hours and a broad range of employee benefits. A Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification is required.
