Job Summary
As a Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach at PureGym Horley, you will deliver high-quality member experiences through classes, inductions and gym-floor care, while leveraging PureGym’s support network (mentoring, lead-generation workshops, business resources) and education opportunities. The role includes teaching group classes, guiding members, maintaining the gym floor, and contributing to member retention through excellent service. You will operate under a contracted salary with guaranteed weekly hours (12 hours) and enjoy benefits such as a free gym membership for you and a guest, pension, employee assistance, enhanced parental leave, and ongoing training through CIMSPA-accredited courses. Key requirements include a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, a strong passion for fitness and wellbeing, the ability to mentor and train others, and a commitment to delivering a safe, enjoyable gym experience.
Required Qualifications
- A Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
- Passion for fitness and wellbeing
- Ability to deliver classes, inductions and gym-floor upkeep
- Excellent member experience delivery
- Basic business resources knowledge (apps, promotions)
- Access to CIMSPA accredited courses or equivalent requested training
- First Aid qualification (funded)
- Willingness to participate in ongoing career development and mentoring
