Job Summary
Deliver an amazing member experience by teaching classes, conducting inductions, and maintaining gym floor upkeep while ensuring safe enjoyment of facilities. Generate leads through PT taster sessions on the timetable and utilize five free guest passes monthly. Conduct group exercise initial training and continual upskill opportunities. This role offers a contracted salary with guaranteed 12 hours per week, annual leave, and a personal day off. You receive a free gym membership for yourself and a friend, access to exclusive app content, and free education including CIMSPA accredited courses. The PureGym Group supports internal progression with management training, a wellness package covering GP and physio sessions, and a funded First Aid qualification.
