Personal Trainer/ Fitness Coach - Chatham

As a Fitness Coach at PureGym, you will deliver an amazing member experience by teaching classes, conducting inductions, and taking care of the gym floor while ensuring safety and wellbeing. You will operate as a self-employed Personal Trainer with contracted salary and guaranteed 12 hours per week, and you’ll have access to benefits including gym membership for you and a guest, extensive education resources (including CIMSPA-accredited courses), mentoring, lead generation workshops, and ongoing career development through internal training programs. Key duties include delivering group and individual sessions, helping members achieve goals, and contributing to a supportive, judgement-free gym environment.
