Job Summary
As a Fitness Coach at PureGym in Cambridge, you’ll deliver an amazing member experience by teaching classes, conducting inductions, and caring for gym floor upkeep, while helping members feel good and progress their fitness journeys. The role requires a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (CIMSPA accredited) and a passion for wellbeing, with responsibilities including leading classes, guiding members through inductions, supporting lead generation, and leveraging mentoring resources. You’ll benefit from 12 hours per week guaranteed, a salary-based pay structure, free gym membership for you and a guest, and ongoing career development and training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
