Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach - Caerphilly (New Site Opening)

In your role as a Fitness Coach at PureGym, you will deliver classes, inductions, and ensure a safe, enjoyable member experience across the gym floor. You will teach and support members as a self-employed Personal Trainer partner within PureGym’s system, with responsibilities including delivering workouts, leading group sessions, supporting member engagement, and leveraging provided resources and education to support clients. The role includes access to a large member base, education and CIMSPA-aligned courses, business resources, mentoring, lead generation workshops, guest passes, and a range of staff benefits. The position emphasizes a passion for fitness, professional certification (Level 3 PT), and alignment with PureGym’s values of feeling good and delivering high-quality member experiences.
