Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach – Borehamwood

In this role you’ll deliver Safe and engaging fitness experiences as a PureGym Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach. You’ll teach classes and inductions, help members feel welcomed and supported, and ensure the gym floor is well maintained while driving member satisfaction. You’ll operate as a self-employed PT, keeping 100% of your earnings, with a guaranteed minimum commitment of 12 hours per week. You’ll benefit from access to CIMSPA-accredited courses, mentoring, business resources, and a range of employee benefits, and you’ll be involved in lead generation workshops and member engagement activities. The role requires a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and a passion for fitness and wellbeing; you’ll contribute to member success, safety, and the overall gym experience, including training delivery, inductions, and upkeeping the gym floor.
