Job Summary
Conduct initial consultations and promotional sessions with prospective clients, while promptly contacting those falling behind in attendance to support retention. Administer client accounts by completing forms, processing credit card charges, and entering data as directed. Maintain a clean and well-organized studio, notifying the owner of any required repairs. Demonstrate a professional attitude toward clients and co-workers, acting as an effective brand ambassador inside and outside the studio. Respond to all email correspondence, phone calls, and text messages from clients, prospects, co-workers, and supervisors. Participate in the fitness program and model professionalism through appropriate attire, language, and personal hygiene.

- Show your clients energy and excitement while working with them
- Must be able and willing to participate both in our exercise and nutrition methodology
