Job Summary
As a Certified Personal Trainer, deliver personalized, one-on-one and couples' fitness coaching in clients' homes, apartment gyms, or outdoor locations. Design tailored workout programs based on client goals and assessments; demonstrate exercises with proper form and adjust as needed. Track progress using the Svetness Fitness App, including session notes and reassessments. Maintain consistent client appointments and scheduling, and travel to client locations (up to a 45-minute commute). You’ll work flexibly with clients, focusing on empowering lives through fitness while leveraging flexible scheduling, incentives, and onboarding support.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer – Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE
- CPR/AED Certified – Up-to-date certification required
- 1-3 years of personal training experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, technical)
- Basic nutrition knowledge to guide clients on healthy habits
- Ability to travel to client locations
- Physical capability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation
