Job Summary
Design tailored workout programs based on client goals and assessments, demonstrating exercises and ensuring proper form while adjusting as needed. Track progress using the Svetness Fitness App, including session notes and reassessments, while maintaining consistency with client appointments and scheduling. Travel to client locations, including apartment gyms and outdoor spaces, with a commute of up to 45 minutes. Provide personalized, one-on-one and couples' fitness coaching in the comfort of clients' homes. Earn $35 to $45 per hour with bonuses for retention and referrals. Requires NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE certification and CPR/AED certification.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer – Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE
- CPR/AED Certified – Up-to-date certification required
- Must be able to travel to client locations (up to 45 minutes commute)
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to bring basic training tools as needed
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years of personal training experience preferred
- Strong Communication Skills – Verbal, written, and technical
- Basic Nutrition Knowledge – Ability to guide clients on healthy habits
- Fitness Expertise – Comfortable with various training methods and equipment
