Job Summary
Create comprehensive fitness programs including resistance and cardio-respiratory training, nutritional guidelines, and product recommendations for clients. Deliver introductory experiences, set goals, track progress, and demonstrate safe exercise techniques while holding clients accountable. Instruct members on equipment use, assist with club maintenance, and support fitness seminars and product demos. Schedule all training sessions and appointments using company systems. Meet monthly revenue targets for session services and nutritional product sales. Work exclusively for Elite Fitness; outside training or private sessions violate conflict of interest policy.
Required Qualifications
- One or more of the following certifications: American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Personal Trainer, Health Fitness Specialist American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer Certification, The Cooper Institute Personal Trainer Certification, International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA) Personal Fitness Trainer Certification, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Performance Enhancement Special...
