Job Summary
Create an outstanding initial personal training experience and deliver comprehensive fitness programs including resistance and cardio-respiratory training, general nutritional guidelines, and product recommendations. Set expectations and hold clients accountable through goal setting, follow-up discussions, and progress tracking while demonstrating safe exercise techniques. Instruct members on proper equipment use and assist with fitness seminars, boot camps, and maintaining a clean club environment. Schedule all training sessions and appointments using company systems. Meet monthly revenue targets for session services, supplements, and nutritional products. Must hold one or more certifications from ACSM, ACE, IFPA, NASM, NESTA, NFPT, or NSCA.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to create an outstanding initial personal training experience for introductory package clients
- Ability to prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients' goals that include appropriate exercise selection, nutritional programming and teaching a fitness lifestyle
- Ability to inform clients of the fitness tools available to assist them in achieving their goals
- Ability to set expectations and hold clients accountable to their comprehensive fitness programs through goal setting, follow up discussions, and tracking progress
- Ability to demonstrate safe and proper exercise technique to clients
- Ability to instruct members on proper use of club equipment and exercise techniques
- Ability to assist in any member service activities (e.g., fitness seminars, boot camps, body fat tables, supplement/nutritional product demos)
- Ability to understand all aspects and benefits of the Gameplan and deliver a positive fitness experience to members and guests
- Ability to help with racking weights and assisting in maintaining a neat, organized and clean club
- Ability to schedule all personal training sessions, other appointments, and administration time using company systems
- Commitment to not conduct personal training sessions or perform any person training-related duties independently or at any company outside of Elite Fitness
