Job Summary
Develop and grow a client roster by proactively seeking new clients and delivering tailored fitness programming. Leverage GoodLife training programs, assist clients in understanding health history and goals, and deliver effective programming while managing administrative tasks using GoodLife tools and software. Demonstrate passion for helping others, coach clients to reach their health and fitness goals, and contribute to an inclusive culture aligned with GoodLife values (Caring, Happiness, Integrity, Peak Attitude, Passion, Personal Fitness, Trust). Compensation includes base wage with bonuses/commissions, with an anticipated total annual compensation range of $30,000-$80,000 depending on performance and certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to accrue a nationally recognized Personal Training certification within first 75 days of employment
