Job Summary
Provide personalized, in-home and on-site fitness coaching (including couples) based on client goals and assessments. Design tailored workout programs, demonstrate exercises with proper form, and adjust as needed. Track progress using the Svetness App, document session notes and reassessments, and maintain consistent client appointments. Travel to client locations (up to 45 minutes) and bring basic training tools. Flexible scheduling, no non-compete, liability insurance, ongoing education, and performance bonuses/features offered. Must be a certified Personal Trainer (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE) with CPR/AED certification and 1–3 years of experience, with reliable transportation to client locations.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer – Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE
- CPR/AED Certified – Up-to-date certification required
- Experience – 1-3 years of personal training experience preferred
- Strong Communication Skills – Verbal, written, and technical
- Basic Nutrition Knowledge – Ability to guide clients on healthy habits
- Fitness Expertise – Comfortable with various training methods and equipment
- Physical Capability – Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
- Personal Training Equipment – Ability to bring basic training tools as needed
- Reliable Transportation – Must be able to travel to client locations
