Job Summary
Build and maintain an active client base by executing fitness assessments, guided workouts, and creating personalized programs for both in-person and virtual clients. Manage and maintain an accurate schedule within internal systems while marketing personal training programs through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions. Maintain an organized and safe fitness floor during shifts and sessions, ensuring members receive a high-performance experience. Attend continuing education classes to qualify for promotions and participate in required management meetings. Requires current CPR/AED certification and willingness to obtain personal training certification through the reimbursement program. Earning potential exceeds $100K with access to medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through certification reimbursement program
- Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer and technology skills
- Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful
- Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness
