Job Summary
Deliver expert personal training sessions while proactively growing your book of business through sales, outreach, and retention strategies. Generate leads in-gym, via community outreach, social media, and referrals; conduct kickoff sessions and movement assessments as part of the sales process; convert leads into paying clients by delivering value and handling objections; meet or exceed monthly sales and retention targets; create personalized training programs based on client needs; educate clients on technique, recovery, and health; track progress to ensure accountability; maintain a clean, professional training environment; stay updated on fitness trends and certifications; collaborate with fellow trainers and staff to deliver premium client experience. Compensation includes session pay of 30-74 USD per hour plus full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO) and growth opportunities. Requirements include CPR and a nationally recognized PT certification (NASM/ACE/NSCA, etc.). Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- CPR Certification (required)
- Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.)
- Strong track record of success in personal training and client results
- Sales experience or proven ability to close leads and build relationships
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends
