Job Summary
Conduct personalized training sessions, movement assessments, and kickoff consultations for new members while actively generating leads through in-gym interactions, community outreach, social media, and referrals. Convert prospects into paying clients by delivering value, building rapport, and addressing objections to meet or exceed monthly sales and retention targets. Create and update personalized training programs, educate clients on proper technique and recovery, and track progress to ensure accountability. Maintain a clean, organized training environment and collaborate with staff to deliver a premium client experience. Requires CPR certification, nationally recognized personal training certification, and a strong track record in fitness sales.
Required Qualifications
- CPR Certification
- Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.)
- Strong track record of success in personal training and client results
- Sales experience or proven ability to close leads and build relationships
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
- Experience with nutrition coaching or additional certifications (e.g., corrective exercise, strength and conditioning, group fitness)
