Job Summary
The role combines personal training with sales-driven growth. You will deliver expert training sessions, create personalized training programs, and proactively grow your book of business through outreach, referrals, and retention strategies. Responsibilities include generating leads through in-gym interactions, community outreach, and social media; conducting kickoff sessions and movement assessments; converting leads to paying clients by delivering value and addressing objections; meeting or exceeding monthly sales and retention targets; educating clients on technique, recovery, and health; tracking client progress; maintaining a clean, professional training environment; staying updated on fitness trends and certifications; collaborating with fellow trainers to deliver premium client experience. Qualifications emphasize CPR and a recognized certification, plus sales ability and strong communication/organizational skills. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends is encouraged. Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field is preferred. Growth opportunities within a fast-paced, team-driven environment exist.
Required Qualifications
- CPR Certification (required)
- Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.)
- Strong track record of success in personal training and client results.
- Sales experience or proven ability to close leads and build relationships
