Job Summary
Personal Trainer at Crunch Fitness Allen Club: deliver expert training sessions while proactively growing your book of business through leads generation (in-gym interactions, community outreach, referrals, and social media), kickoff sessions, and retention strategies. Convert leads to paying clients, meet or exceed monthly sales and retention targets, create personalized training programs, educate on technique and recovery, track client progress, maintain a professional training environment, stay current with fitness trends and certifications, and collaborate with staff to deliver a premium client experience. Aggressive earning potential ($30-$74 per hour) with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO) and free membership; growth opportunities within a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- CPR Certification (required)
- Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.)
- Strong track record of success in personal training and client results
- Sales experience or proven ability to close leads and build relationships
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (preferred)
- Experience with nutrition coaching or additional certifications (e.g., corrective exercise, strength and conditioning, group fitness)
