Job Summary
Conduct fitness consultations and assessments to create personalized exercise programs for members of all backgrounds. Lead group sessions, virtual training, and additional programming while actively marketing personal training services to attract and retain clients. Build strong relationships with members to enhance retention and contribute to club upkeep, sales efforts, and proactive outreach to inactive members. Serve as a role model by promoting a healthy lifestyle and engaging in staff meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Training certificate from any of the following accrediting bodies: NASM, NSCA, ACSM, WITS, AFFA, ACE, ISSA
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field (preferred but not required)
