PERSONAL SUPPORTS DSP-PART TIME

Direct Support Professional in Columbia, MD providing individualized supports to waiver participants in their own or family homes to maximize independence. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, personal care, life skills, community integration, and transportation navigation; documenting services; following the Person-Centered Plan and Behavior Support Plan; using agency electronic systems; maintaining schedules and calendars; completing required trainings (CPR/First Aid, Mandt); reporting incidents; fostering professional relationships with participants, families, and regulatory staff; driving and community interaction are required; must have own reliable, insured transportation and a clean driving record; education required: High School Diploma or GED. Schedule is Sundays 12:45pm-2:00pm; position is part-time; location is Columbia, MD.
