Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) part-time role providing individualized supports to waiver participants in their homes or family homes. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, personal care, life skills, community integration, transportation navigation, documenting services, adhering to Person-Centered and Behavior Support Plans, completing mandatory trainings (CPR/First Aid, Mandt), using agency electronic systems, driving/transport duties, and maintaining professional relationships with participants and caregivers. Requires a High School Diploma or GED. Must have own reliable transportation with a clean driving record and be able to perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs) and participate in mandated trainings.
