Job Summary
Assist patients with daily living activities including personal care, household tasks, respite care, and medication assistance while promoting a safe environment through proper body mechanics and transfer techniques. Provide cognitive, social, and emotional support, and prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to care plans. Work independently or as part of a team to encourage patient independence in home and community settings. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current Personal Support Worker certification. Competitive hourly wage of $20.96 to $23.20 with paid mileage, signing bonus, and flexible hours available for non-traditional schedules.
Required Qualifications

- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work non-traditional hours, such as early morning, evenings, and alternate weekends
- A valid driver's license (G or G2 Classification), access to a reliable vehicle, and proof of automobile insurance
- Valid certificate as a Personal Support Worker, Internationally Trained Nurse, Health Care Aid, Developmental Support Worker, Home Support Worker, or enrollment in a Nursing program
