Job Summary
Assist patients with activities of daily living including personal care, household tasks, respite care, and medication assistance while promoting independence in home and community settings. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks adhering to care plans, ensure safe environments through proper body mechanics and transfer techniques, and provide cognitive, social, and emotional support. This role serves patients in the Seeley's Bay / Portland, ON area under supervision of a Personal Support Manager. Candidates must hold a valid Personal Support Worker certificate or equivalent, possess a G or G2 driver's license with reliable vehicle access, and complete vulnerable sector screening. Flexible hours are available, including early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work non-traditional hours, such as early morning, evenings, and alternate weekends
- A valid driver's license (G or G2 Classification), access to a reliable vehicle, and proof of automobile insurance
- Valid certificate as a Personal Support Worker, Internationally Trained Nurse, Health Care Aid, Developmental Support Worker, Home Support Worker, or enrollment in a Nursing program
