Job Summary
Provide Resident Supervision and Assistance including activities of daily living (eating, dressing, hygiene, grooming), administer specific medications under supervision, assist with mobility devices, and deliver cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual support to residents in a Long Term Care setting. Build relationships with residents and families; support participation in programs offered by the Resident Experience Team; contribute to a culture focused on residents living fully each day. Requires completion of a Personal Support Worker program or equivalent nursing credential; part-time daytime shifts in Elmira, Ontario; on-site work; eligibility to work in Canada; Vulnerable Sector Check required; organization may use AI screening as part of the application process.
Required Qualifications
- PSW program from an approved college or private institution OR internationally educated nurse with degree in Nursing
