Job Summary
Provide resident supervision and assistance with activities of daily living, including aiding with eating, dressing, hygiene, and mobility; administer specific medications to residents under supervision of a registered health professional; offer cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual support, and encourage participation in programs led by the Resident Experience Team; build relationships with residents and families and contribute to residents' daily health, well-being, and comfort; must have completed a Personal Support Worker program and be legally eligible to work in Canada, with a Vulnerable Sector Check; AI screening may be used in the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a Personal Support Worker program from an approved college or private institution
- Legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
- Successful pass of a Vulnerable Sector Check
