Personal Support Worker (Part Time Day Shift)

Provide personal care to assist clients in daily activities and personal hygiene, supporting their physical, social, and emotional needs in a safe, resident-centred manner. Adhere to government standards and the organization's mission while complying with resident rights. Maintain physical stamina through considerable standing, walking, lifting, and bending during permanent day shifts, including weekends and short shifts. Work independently as an active team player, utilizing behavioral management training such as the Gentle Persuasive Approach.
