Personal Support Worker- Newcastle & Surrounding Suburbs (Morning Shifts)

Job Summary
Provide personalized, high-intensity support within clients' homes, including showering and hygiene maintenance, mobility assistance, transfers, and hoist use. Deliver bladder, bowel, and catheter care while preparing meals and assisting with feeding. Complete household tasks and domestic support, plus facilitate community access using the client's vehicle. Document daily progress notes. Morning shifts available in Newcastle, Wickham, Arcadia Vale, and Oakhampton Heights, with specific times ranging from early morning to late afternoon. Requires NDIS Worker Screening Check, police check, first aid, and a driver's license. Paid induction and ongoing clinical training provided.
Required Qualifications
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Strong English communication skills
- Prior work reference

- Positive attitude
- Must be available to work short split shifts where required
- Successful applicants will be required to consent to a pre-employment health assessment
- Successful applicants will be required to consent to reference checks
