Job Summary
Provide direct personal support and care to patients including ambulation, feeding, bathing and grooming. Requires PSW Program or HCA/CCA certification; experience in Long Term Care or community home care preferred; knowledge of care planning systems and documentation; ability to communicate positively with staff, residents/patients and families; ability to follow applicable legislation and nursing care plans; ability to read/write English; capable of working independently in community home care; access to reliable vehicle required. Time Type: Part time. Compensation: $21.13 - $23.89 per hour.
