PSW provides care to residents per established care plans, monitors and documents care, follows IPAC policies, participates in in-service education and onboarding of new staff, and contributes to a supportive, respectful, and high-quality care environment for seniors. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program

- Meet the standards established by the National Association of Career Colleges
- Meet the standards established by the Ontario Community Support Association
- Knowledge of procedures and techniques involved in administering simple treatments and related bedside care to residents
