Job Summary
Assist clients with morning and evening care routines, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Provide companionship, support ambulation and outings, manage medication reminders, and update care plans as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and charting while helping clients manage daily activities with care and dignity. Work 12-hour day shifts, 7 days a week, splitting the schedule between 8am-8pm at the Bloor & Avenue location. A Personal Support Worker Certificate, CPR/First Aid certification, and a clear police record check are required. Required Qualifications
- Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent (e.g., foreign-trained nurse, nursing student with at least one year of training)
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification

- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Reliable internet access and a mobile phone
