Job Summary
Conduct home-based personal care, cleaning, laundry, cooking, and medication management for Deaf or Deaf-Blind Adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities. Facilitate community-based activities including medical appointments, shopping, and socialization events. Execute tasks outlined in the annual Person-Centered Plan. Maintain fluency in American Sign Language and hold a valid MD driver's license. Full-time roles operate Tuesdays through Saturdays with weekend on-call requirements; part-time positions cover Saturdays and Sundays. Based in the Baltimore Metro area.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in American Sign Language
- Valid MD Driver's License with 2 points or less
- Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma with 3 years relevant experience
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
- Annual physical and flu vaccinations
