Job Summary
Exceed sales goals by delivering personalized shopping experiences in-store and online while driving customer acquisition through networking and social media. Partner with store teams and vendors to host virtual and in-store events, leveraging selling tools to increase annual spend and repeat visit rates. Make data-driven decisions to understand the local market, meet regularly with the Store Manager to report on performance, and complete daily tasks including appointment booking, customer follow-up, and content development. Maintain a clean environment and foster respectful connections with colleagues and the community. Full-time colleagues work 30+ hours per week, with schedules dependent on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
