Job Summary
Exceed sales goals by providing personalized shopping experiences in-store and online while driving cross-selling and new customer acquisition. Partner with vendors and community leaders to host virtual and in-store events, leveraging social media to create a compelling online presence. Make data-driven decisions to increase annual spend and repeat visit rates through ongoing outreach and appointment booking. Complete daily tasks including email management, content development, and vendor training participation while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
