Job Summary
Exceed sales goals by providing personalized shopping experiences in-store and online, driving customer acquisition through networking and social media to build a compelling digital presence. Partner with store teams and vendors to host virtual and in-store events that deliver incremental sales, while leveraging selling tools to increase annual spend and repeat visit rates. Make data-driven decisions to understand local markets and meet regularly with store leadership to report performance and goals. Complete daily tasks including email management, appointment booking, customer follow-up, and content development, while attending vendor trainings and supporting peers in skill growth. Maintain a clean, safe environment and foster respectful connections with colleagues and communities.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
