Job Summary
Welcome customers into the store and guide them through the sales process to find the right underwear selection that complements their body type. Lead the team in maintaining efficient store operations while spreading positive energy among colleagues. Provide personal assistance and product knowledge, ensuring clients feel comfortable and confident during intimate shopping experiences. Work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends to support the store's schedule. You will receive training in our sales systems and processes from the store manager to become a successful Personal Shopper. Required Qualifications
- Previous retail experience
- Ability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends
- Motivated by sales and comfortable in a position with clear sales targets
- Situational awareness
- Proactive and self-directed
- Flexible and able to work within store opening hours
- Ability to create a safe atmosphere in intimate situations
- Ability to work alone and with colleagues
