Personal Shopper

Lead the eCommerce process for receiving online grocery orders, ensuring items are picked, bagged, and stored (refrigerator/freezer as needed) for timely pickup. Review customer instructions and substitutions to ensure accuracy; scan order products and confirm totals, with special attention to perishables and delicate items, and follow proper temperature storage procedures. Report issues promptly to store management, resolve customer complaints, and provide focused customer service. Implement company service programs and uphold PPE, safety, and food-safety guidelines. Tasks may be assigned to other departments based on customer experience needs. Flexible and detail-oriented candidate able to work with MS Office applications and maintain knowledge of products and store layout to optimize picking procedures.
