Personal Shopper - Plymouth MI - New Store

As a Personal Shopper, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional curbside experience for our customers by fulfilling online orders for the Meijer Pickup Service. You’ll select items with care, ensure orders are accurate and fresh, and provide friendly, efficient service—while upholding Meijer’s values. Responsibilities include driving customer loyalty with fast, friendly, accurate order fulfillment and payment collection, maintaining positive relationships with customers and team members, resolving customer issues by involving leadership when needed, fulfilling daily workflow from the dashboard, proper product selection and bagging, food-safety-conscious storage, greeting customers and processing payments to ensure an easy shopping experience, and keeping a clean, organized work environment. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of Meijer store experience preferred (cashier experience preferred), ability to learn new technologies quickly, strong communication skills, general awareness of food safety regulations, and being detail-oriented and organized.
