Personal Shopper - Plymouth MI - New Store

As a Personal Shopper, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional curbside experience for customers by fulfilling online Meijer Pickup orders. You will select items with care, ensure orders are accurate and fresh, and provide friendly, efficient service while processing payments at the curbside. Maintain a positive relationship with customers, team members, and leadership; resolve complaints by involving leadership when needed. You’ll receive workflow from a dashboard, fulfill daily orders, and follow product selection, bagging standards, and food safety guidelines in the staging area. The role emphasizes a courteous customer experience, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new technologies; prior Meijer store or cashier experience is preferred.
