Job Summary
Assist customers with general questions while maintaining a positive environment and accurately filling their e-commerce orders with quality products. Scan products and process transactions using debit, credit, cash, and gift cards, then contact customers to verify order accuracy or inquire about substitutions. Work independently in a fast-paced setting with flexibility to cover days, evenings, nights, and weekends, requiring the ability to move up to 50lbs. No prior experience is required; comprehensive training is provided to set you up for success. Required Qualifications
