Job Summary
Assist customers with general inquiries and maintain a positive environment while fulfilling e-commerce orders with accuracy and attention to detail. Shop for customers by filling orders with quality products and process transactions accurately using debit, credit, cash, and gift cards. Contact customers to verify order accuracy or inquire about product substitutions. This role requires flexibility to work various hours including days, evenings, nights, and weekends, with the ability to move up to 50lbs for an entire shift. Required Qualifications
