Provide courteous, friendly service in-person and on the phone; resolve customer questions and complaints by involving leadership when needed. Handle dashboard workflow, select and bag products according to standards, store items in the staging area following food safety guidelines, greet customers, and maintain a clean work environment. Emphasis on teamwork, strong communication, following procedures, and adapting to new technologies to support quick and easy shopping experiences.
