Job Summary
Fulfill a customer’s online curbside order at Meijer by driving loyalty and satisfaction through fast, friendly, and accurate order fulfillment and payment collection. Maintain positive relationships with customers, teammates, and leadership; resolve complaints by escalating when needed. Receive workflow from the dashboard and fulfill daily orders; select products and bag items per bagging standards; store product correctly in the staging area following food safety guidelines. Greet customers and take payments to ensure an easy shopping experience; keep the work area clean and organized. This role emphasizes customer service, accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to procedures, with opportunities for development and advancement.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a Meijer store preferred
- Past cashier experience preferred
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Food safety regulations awareness
