Job Summary
Prepares online customer orders by selecting quality products with speed and accuracy. Provides excellent customer service and remains current on product selection and standards. Identifies item out-of-stocks, recommends substitutions of similar value, and promotes advertised specials. Maintains safe and sanitary working and shopping environment. Works in a retail store context with flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays. Demonstrates basic math, cash-handling, and product knowledge while ensuring accuracy of checkout totals and proper handling of tender policies. Familiarity with food quality standards, temperature controls, and food safety; capable of learning new technology systems and processes. The role requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate in a physical retail setting with regular customer interaction.
Required Qualifications
- Six or more months of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Minimum of 16 years of age required; 21 years of age required in Louisiana
- Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business in accordance with the BGC Business Driver Policy
- TABC/LACT/AATC certification required where applicable
