Job Summary
Prepares online customer orders by selecting quality products with speed and accuracy; provides excellent customer service and stays current on product selection and standards. Responsible for accurate order picking, substituting items when needed, ensuring correct checkout totals, maintaining food safety standards, and assisting customers with online orders. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment, learn product codes, and uphold tender policies for checks, credit, debit, and coupons. Requires basic math, knowledge of food quality and temperature standards, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and customer-focused substitutions.
Required Qualifications
- Six or more months of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Minimum age of 16 years; 21 years of age required in Louisiana to drive for Company business
- TABC/LACT/AATC certification where applicable
