Job Summary
Member Experience Advisor I delivering member service across in-person, phone, and digital channels. Responsibilities include processing transactions, opening/closing consumer deposit accounts, taking applications for credit cards and unsecured loans, and explaining product features and regulatory terms clearly. Role emphasizes compliance with policies and regulations, identifies opportunities to deepen member relationships, participates in branch/community outreach, maintains cash handling duties, and supports growth through knowledge of Verve products and promotions. Requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to explain financial concepts, proficient computer skills, and ability to work Saturdays. Education requirement: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum six months of customer service or cash handling; familiarity with BSA/AML, OFAC, and USA PATRIOT Act considerations preferred.
