Job Summary
Loan Sales Specialist at OneMain responsible for engaging customers through multiple channels to present tailored loan solutions, manage the loan lifecycle (including collections), educate customers on terms and optional insurance products, and drive progress toward branch goals. Roles require high-quality customer service, ability to multitask in a dynamic environment, adherence to laws and regulations, and a proven drive to achieve. On-site in Chicago with a Monday–Friday schedule and some extended hours, with opportunities for development and advancement within the company.
