Job Summary
Lead a team of Personal Lines and Small Business insurance advisors by providing hands-on expertise, coaching, and motivation. Serve as the primary resource for complex files and tricky clients, guiding the team through daily operations while fostering their skill growth and confidence. Set the tone for team communication and client delivery, ensuring goals and vision are executed through collaboration and relationship building. Requires a Level 2 General Insurance License, CAIB or CIP designation, and 5-7 years of relevant experience. Full-time role at the Grande Prairie office with no travel required.

Desired Qualifications
- Completion or working towards obtaining a CAIB or CIP designation
- Strong knowledge of Epic Broker Management system
- Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment
- Pro-active and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectivity in both written and verbal
- Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment
- Proficiency in windows-based computer systems
